This is an introductory session on Machine Learning. In this workshop we will review the basic concepts that are needed for facing Machine Learning problems. The session will start by presenting the theory behind it to understand the main concepts such as the differences between supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning problems, what are the bias and the variance, and when to use classification or regression strategies. The workshop will also have a practical part where we will be able to explore these concepts in a practical way.
