Participants

PROGRAM FORMAT

-The conference program will consist of a plenary keynote lecture and paper sessions.

-Each paper session will consist of 3 or 4 presentations of no more than 20 minutes each plus discussions.


PAPER SUBMISSION

-Accepted participants must submit their paper by May 20, 2016.

-The paper must be around 15 to 30 pages on A4 size papers, and it must have an abstract of no more than 250 words.

-Failure to submit the paper will remove accepted authors from the program, and they will not be able to present at the conference.

 

ABSTRACT PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

-If you are interested in presenting a paper, please submit an abstract by February 9, 2016 (24:00 GMT) via the application form on the website. (DEADLINE EXTENDED)

-The abstract text should be no more than 250 words in length and must be in English or Spanish. Your presentation must be delivered in the same language as the one used in the abstract. 

-Please submit one abstract only. This also applies to the case of submitting one paper as a co-author of someone else. 

-All the proposals will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and LAINAC staff. Email notifications of acceptance/rejection will be sent by February 15, 2016.

-Accepted participants must submit their paper by May 20, 2016. Failure to submit the paper will remove accepted authors from the program, and they will not be able to present at the conference. In addition, their panel may be cancelled or modified.
