Brown Bag Series #10 Date: December 2, 2015 Time: 10：30-12：30 Juan José RAMÍREZ BONILLA（El Colegio de México, México） Sylvie Andreé DIDOU AUPETIT（CINVESTAV-IPN） Development of Latin American Studies in institutions of higher education in Asia and of Asian Studies in Latin American institutions Dr. Ramírez and Dr. Didou are working on a research on development of Latin American Studies in higher-education institutions in Asia as well as that of Asian Studies in Latin American institutions. Furthermore, the research is part of a broader project about the internationalization of higher education. Dr. Didou visited the University of Tokyo to learn about its Latin American Studies program. It was unfortunate that Dr. Ramírez had to cancel his visit to Komaba Campus, but Dr. Didou and the participants had a pleasant "charla" for more than two hours.  |
